Here is the skinny (hehe) on my status as I begin this journey to Pin Up Girl:
1. I have lost 14lbs from my starting weight of 218, and I can fit some skinny jeans that I have not worn since pre-pregnancy.
2. I have been much more consistent working out and eating better in the last two months.
3. I have entered four DietBets (more details in another post).
And here is some photo evidence of my slow but steady progress (please excuse the bathroom in the background):
My next big goal is "ONE"derland, which is a term from the TV show "The Biggest Loser" when a contestant (mostly female) dips below 200lbs, back into the "ones". The latest DietBets should get me there.
Stay tuned for a new series I will be working on called "365 to 13.1" where I will train to (hopefully) run a half marathon one year from now.
